A Spice That Protects Your Heart

A spice that protects your heart: It's a seasoning found in Italian and Mediterranean food.
Recent research suggest they may be better for your heart than any other food available. As it turns out, these are strikingly high in a certain special nutrient: a flavanoid called Quercetin.
Quercetin is a robust antioxidant with anti-inflammatory properties. It can help protect you from things like "hardening" of your arteries, poor circulation, high cholesterol, and a whole host of other nasty stuff.
These plain old spices might be better for you than anyone could have imagined!
